Genius Path is a learning app for children, set up and managed by a parent or guardian. We collect as little as possible and never sell or share data for advertising.

What stays on your device

Children's names and profile pictures, lesson progress, stars and trophies, spelling lists, mistakes, and the weekly summary are stored only on your iPhone. We don't receive them.

What the AI features send (Premium)

When you use a Premium AI feature, the app sends only what that feature needs to our server, which passes it to our AI provider (Anthropic) and returns the result:

• Report and spelling-list scans: the photos you choose.
• Story Time: your child's reading level and the interests you entered.
• AI tutor: grade, skill levels, recent lesson results, and mistakes (what was asked and answered).

We never send your child's name. We don't store photos or lesson data on our servers after the request is finished. We keep only an anonymous monthly count of AI requests per account to enforce fair-use limits.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We don't see your payment details.

No ads, no tracking

Genius Path has no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking across apps or websites.

Children's privacy

The app is designed for use by children under a parent's supervision. Settings, purchases, and AI features sit in the Parent area. Parents can delete a child's data at any time in Parent → Children → Edit → Delete, or by deleting the app.
